Welcome to the new and improved hypehou.se. What started as a simple radio show tracker is now ready for its next chapter. After a lot of behind-the-scenes work, we now consider that as just the beginning. We are now ready to introduce more features, including:
- Charting playlists, where we track what’s trending across 80+ sources and compile a fresh list of 50 tracks week after week.
- Trending 100 DJs - An overall list featuring the most trending house music artists in the world.
- Trending 50 DJanes - Highlighting the more feminine side of house music.
- Top 10 countries - Highlighting where house music is the most popular.
- Live sets we recommend, which is a curated list of the best live sets we’ve come across. Our selection tends to be highly selective, including only recordings that we believe are worth your time.
- A list of house music events (currently limited to Bosnia & Herzegovina).
What we’re working on
For fans
- A news section, including:
- Comprehensive reviews of full-length albums.
- In-depth articles about DJing in general.
- Interviews with house music artists.
- Recommendations on which DJs not to miss out on large-scale festivals.
- Save tracklists of your favourite live sets as playlists.
- Follow your favourite artists across streaming services. Whether they release a live set on YouTube, a new track on Spotify, or a new bootleg on SoundCloud, you’ll know about it.
For artists
- An ability not just to see how well your tracks are doing on streaming services, but also:
- How often they’re played on radio shows.
- Which DJs are playing them in their sets.
- Which playlists they’re included on.
- A small boost in our rankings.
- A way to reach out to your most dedicated fans.
